Kurt Vedder

President & Chief Executive Office


A proven Executive President & CEO with over 22 years of experience in a broad range of executive positions with increasing responsibility.  Kurt has led as President and Chief Executive Officer, three companies of varying sizes.  Mr. Vedder spent well over 12 years in large capitalization companies such as Guidant Corporation and Medtronic.  With three Master’s graduate degrees, he has held positions in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Finance, and Business Development.    As well, Mr. Vedder spent over three years in Venture Capital, at De Novo Ventures in Menlo Park and Palo Alto, CA.

Through the years, Mr. Vedder has established an outstanding record of verifiable success operating, commercializing, managing, and financing companies.  Proven leader with driving new product commercial growth and market expansion.   He has expertise with establishing key strategic partnerships and business development deal making.  Mr. Vedder has demonstrable success in employee hiring and retention, and developing organizational objectives with policy formation.

Eran Harari

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Harari has been with the company since August 2006, and has led the technology development platform from its early days. Mr. Harari brings to Angioslide extensive experience in the development of invasive cardiovascular delivery systems and catheters. He is also responsible for the Intellectual Property portfolio at Angioslide. Prior to joining Angioslide, Mr. Harari was a Senior R&D engineer at Edwards Lifesciences Israel and Mindguard Ltd. Mr. Harari holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.

Gal Meister


Mr. Meister joined Angioslide in November 2008, bringing with him more than 10 years of experience in the medical device industry. Prior to joining Angioslide, Mr. Meister served as Head of R&D and Project Manager for Initia Medical Technology Ltd., specializing in mechanical, electronic, and real-time software systems. He has extensive experience in the development of multi-disciplinary systems, as well as the management of various military projects. Mr. Meister holds an MSc (summa cum laude) in Electrical Engineering, as well as BSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Clay Anselmo

VP Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs


Mr. Anselmo joined Angioslide in August 2007, and also serves as the President and CEO of Reglera LLC, a leading provider of Quality and Regulatory Consulting and Outsourcing services to the Medical Device and Human Tissue Products Industries. Mr. Anselmo joined Enscicon Corporation in 1999, where he founded a new division of the company focused on healthcare-related industries. When this division exceeded $3 million in annual revenues, it was spun-off as a new entity called Reglera. Before joining Enscicon / Reglera, Mr. Anselmo worked for COBE Laboratories / GAMBRO Healthcare. As a part of their US Corporate Management Team, he supported GAMBRO Healthcare’s rapid growth into the leading dialysis company in the U.S., manufacturing medical devices and providing dialysis clinical services nationwide. Prior to joining GAMBRO, he worked with Alcon Laboratories (1990 to 1994), one of the largest ophthalmic device / pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in the world. Mr. Anselmo holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.


Lihu Avitov

Mr. Avitov is a consultant to Angioslide management team, after serving 3.5 years as Angioslide CEO between 2011-2015. Prior to Angioslide he served as an EVP at XT Investments ech, one of Israel’s leading private equity firms, heading the healthcare team. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Naiot Venture Accelerator, and as General Manager of Rimlon, a medical device company in the orthopedics field. At XT and Naiot he led various investments in innovative healthcare technologies and played an active role in their day-to-day management. In 2007 Mr. Avitov co-founded PainReform, a startup dedicated to developing drug reformulations in the field of pain management, currently in phase II. Mr. Avitov holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, and a master's degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
