Eran Vickus

Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Vickus is the CEO of Angioslide and has over 10 years of personal hands-on experience in the development, management and commercialization of medical devices. Eran joined Angioslide in 2010. As VP Commercial, he led the strategic development of US & OUS markets, cultivated a strong network of relationships with physicians and partners as well as leading the company’s sales, marketing, reimbursement and clinical activities. Prior to Angioslide, Eran served in various leadership sales, clinical, marketing, and product development positions for UltraShape Medical (acquired by Syneron) Ltd, KST Dynamics and Andante Medical Inc.. Eran’s motto is “Build products that matter” and has significant experience in the commercialization of multi-disciplinary medical systems, and presently focused on providing physicians with smart products that potentially reduce the risks associated with thromboembolic loads during endovascular interventions. Mr. Vickus holds an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Eran Harari

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Harari has been with the company since August 2006, and has led the technology development platform from its early days. Mr. Harari brings to Angioslide extensive experience in the development of invasive cardiovascular delivery systems and catheters. He is also responsible for the Intellectual Property portfolio at Angioslide. Prior to joining Angioslide, Mr. Harari was a Senior R&D engineer at Edwards Lifesciences Israel and Mindguard Ltd. Mr. Harari holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. 

Lihu Avitov

Mr. Avitov is a consultant to Angioslide management team, after serving 3.5 years as Angioslide CEO between 2011-2015. Prior to Angioslide he served as an EVP at XT Investments ech, one of Israel’s leading private equity firms, heading the healthcare team. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Naiot Venture Accelerator, and as General Manager of Rimlon, a medical device company in the orthopedics field. At XT and Naiot he led various investments in innovative healthcare technologies and played an active role in their day-to-day management. In 2007 Mr. Avitov co-founded PainReform, a startup dedicated to developing drug reformulations in the field of pain management, currently in phase II. Mr. Avitov holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, and a master's degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
